Chicken and Rice Bake

1 can cream of mushroom soup                    
½ tsp salt
¾ cup rice                                                      
1/8 tsp pepper
½ cup milk                                                     
2-1/2 to 3 pound chicken
2 Tbs minced celery
 
Stir soup, rice, milk, celery, salt and pepper in 13x9 baking pan.  Arrange chicken, skin side up, over mixture; sprinkle chicken with paprika.  Cover tightly with foil.  Bake at 375º for 45 minutes.  Uncover and cook 20 minutes more, stirring rice occasionally with fork.  Serves 4.
