Tangy Oven-Fried Chicken

1 tsp salt
2 broilers, cut up
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp curry powder
½ cup boiling water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
½ tsp dry mustard dissolved in 1 Tbs water
2 tsp Worcestershire
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp paprika
2 or 3 dashes hot pepper sauce
 
Salt chicken and place skin side down in shallow baking dish.  Mix remaining ingredients and brush both sides of chicken with mixture.  Bake at 350º for 45 minutes, turning and basting often, until tender.  Just before serving, put into a 400º oven for 10 minutes for a crisp chicken.
