Chicken and Rice

4 chicken breasts
1-1/2 cups boiling water
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1-1/2 cups rice (Uncle Ben’s uncooked)
2 Tbs butter
salt and pepper to taste
 
Butter pan, add soup, rice, chicken and water.  Cover.  Cook one hour.  Serves 4.
