Oven BBQ Chicken

1 frying chicken, cut into pieces                       
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup water                                                       
1 Tbs dry mustard
¼ cup vinegar                                                    
1-1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbs vegetable oil                                             
½ tsp pepper
½ cup chili sauce or catsup                                
2 Tbs chopped onion (optional)
 
Preheat oven to 350º.  Combine all ingredients except chicken in saucepan and simmer for 5-10 minutes.  Place chicken, skin side up, in large baking pan.  Pour half of the barbeque sauce over chicken and bake, uncovered for 45-60 minutes.  Baste with remaining barbeque sauce every 15 minutes during cooking.  Serves 4.
