¼ cup slivered almonds, toasted
1-1/2 cup chopped celery
2 Tbs dry sherry
1 cup shredded sharp cheese
½ tsp poultry seasoning
1 cup mayonnaise
½ tsp grated lemon rind
¼ cup milk
3 oz can Chinese noodles
Combine all ingredients except noodles and spoon into greased 9x13 casserole pan. Top with noodles. Bake 350º for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
